Youth Leadership Awards Banquet - March 14, 2011

On Monday, March 14, several members of our parish staff (Fr. Artur, Barbara Kubiniec-Mares, and Kim McMillan) had the opportunity to attend the Vicariate IV Youth Leadership Awards Banquet. This is a yearly event when parish communities are provided a forum to recognize young people in their midst who exemplify what it means to be a true follower of Christ through the way they serve their local community of faith. We are proud to list the 5 young people below who were honored from our parish at the banquet along with their area of service:

Angel Rivera for Prayer and Worship

We are richly blessed as a parish to have so many young people who are inspired to serve our faith community and who do so on a regular basis. Such inspiration, no doubt, rests with the prompting of the Holy Spirit, but it is also prompted and promoted by the tireless work of our very own youth minister, Kim McMillan.
